2tbsp dried lavender flowers

ingredients

​

1. Combine honey and lavender flowers in a small sauce pot over low heat.

​

2. Let the honey warm for 5-10 minutes, but do not allow it to boil.

​

3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Cover with a lid and let it continue to sit at room temperature for 24 hours.

​

4. Return honey to low heat and warm just until it's pourable. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar.

​

5. Let cool before covering, then store in the fridge.
